Sales Professional – New Business Development
This energetic self-starter will spend much of their time ‘on-the-road’ meeting with prospective customers within approximately 500 miles of our Corry, PA location.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Experience conducting presentations;
- Creativity in finding and cultivating new business opportunities;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, well organized with strong attention to detail;
- Self-discipline, and self-motivation; able to prioritize and exercise excellent time-management skills.
Some of the major activities of this ‘hands-on’ position include:
- Conducting research to identify and qualify prospective customers, projects, and partners;
- Developing and solidifying relationships with potential customers;
- Maintaining regular communication with key prospects and accounts through field visits, telephone, electronic and written correspondence, and following up on in-house generated leads;
- Maintaining the SalesForce CRM database on a ‘real-time’ basis;
- Keeping management well-informed with incisive activity and results reports and upcoming weekly work plans.
